Presidential Candidate: Ken McKeoneYears in OSC: 15
During the past 15 years, Ken has served on the board for three years as co-chairman for excursions. Ken currently holds two positions on the board: roster and public relations.
Ken has participated in canoe trips, volleyball, golf, walleyball, ski trips, billiards and darts.
Ken said he wants to improve sports for all members and continue to build membership. He said dedication and private experience motivate him to work hard for the club.
His hobbies include: golf, swimming, working out, camping and many other outdoor activities.
Presidential Candidate: Jim GravesYears in OSC: 9
Jim has been on the social committee and co-chaired social for two years. He has also served as public relations chairman for three years and chaired the nominating committee for two years until he decided to run for office this year.
Jim has played in all of the golf scrambles for nine years and has been the league manager on the Wednesday night Shoreline golf league for four years. Jim attends most OSC Happy Hours and social functions. Jim is also the 2009 OSC Man of the Year.
Jim said he feels the president of the Omaha Sports Club plays a very important role part in keeping the club alive and that he’s willing to work hard in that role.
