We had two great Happy Hours last month: Cunningham's Bar & Grille and Jimi D's Food & Spirits.... sorry I was late at Jimi D's – I had a prior commitment I couldn't change. This month in November we have one Happy Hour on Friday night and one on Wednesday night (because of Thanksgiving).
On Friday, November 11 (the day after the Omaha Sports Club board meeting), we make a return trip to the Firewater Island Bar & Grille located at 7007 Grover (in the Comfort Inn). We have very good happy hour specials on all drinks and it's very close for the OSC bowlers (only 7 minutes according to Google).
And later this month, on Wednesday, November 23, we go to one of my all time favorites, Upstream Brewery, 17070 Wright Plaza (170th and West Center). Enjoy $2 craft beer pints and half price specials on pizza. Also, if you are a bowler, there is an extra surprise: no bowling.
Each Happy Hour begins at 4:30 to 5 p.m., but the real fun starts when YOU get there.
