As my second and final year of being your president comes to a close, I would like to thank everyone who helped the club grow and improve over the last two years.
We have vastly improved the web site, added on line payments and made it much easier for members to stay in contact with each other by logging onto the web site and locating contact information for other members, among other things. None of those things, or any of the other improvements that have happened, would have been possible without the help of your board representatives, who volunteer their time and effort to keep your club growing. Be sure to thank them when you see them!
Along those same lines, in October you will see changes to the layout and mailing of the Sportscaster that will allow us to cut our costs while still providing you the same information you have always received in our monthly publication. These changes have allowed us to keep membership dues at the same price for another year.
Thank you everyone for making my two years as president memorable. I know you will continue to support the club and your new president (whoever that may be) in the years to come.
