Thirty-five OSC members braved the snow and freezing weather to board Ollie the Trolley for a Holiday Light Tour on Sunday, December 13.
Ollie took us through some of Omaha’s most elaborately decorated neighborhoods. There were many oohs and ahs. At two stops, a radio station could be tuned into and the lights were synchronized to the music.
Everyone on board was in a festive mood as holiday songs were sung and holiday beverages were shared. Although nobody truly had an obnoxious sweater, prizes were awarded to Penny Kampschneider, Gloria Ptasnik and Jerry Coleman.
