The fried chicken was good but viewing the raccoons that ate the leftovers was not so good. Forty OSC members ventured out to the Alpine Inn on April 10 to indulge in fried chicken and view the raccoons dining on the scraps.
We hoped to view the furry critters but were informed that it was "mating" season and the raccoons wouldn't be making their usual appearance. One would think they have to eat sometime.
A few cats showed up but then that we were forced to make our own entertainment. The Alpine Inn is not a large place, so the sports club pretty much dominated the Alpine Inn (they are probably still wondering about our group). It was a fun evening of eating, drinking and being merry!
