Join us for an easy bike ride around Lake Manawa starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 17. We'll meet at the Western Historic Trails Center in Council Bluffs.
Take I-80 east into Council Bluffs. Take Exit 24 ( Bluffs Run ), turn right on 24th and it's one block to Trails Center exit. We will meet in parking lot next to the center. We will ride east toward Lake Manawa.
Bring a sack lunch. We will stop in the park and eat. We will ride to the Wabash trail head and then head back to the Trails Center. Some riders might continue to ride on the Wabash toward Mineola. If you're feeling frisky, that is an option.
This is a flat ride with a lot of shade. Join us for a great start to your weekend!!
