There will be a slight change in the pool league start date due to overlap with the golf banquet. More than half of the people who have signed up play on one of the golf leagues, so it made sense to delay the start until Wednesday, September 21.
As of August 16, I have five and a half teams signed up, but there is plenty of room for more. The last couple of seasons we have had eight teams.
Fall league that will start at 7 p.m. on September 21 at Big Johns, 9819 M St. The format will be the same as previous sessions with two-person teams and a team handicapping system.
Sign up with a partner or as a single and we may be able to pair you up with another single. Pricing will be lower than previous sessions and will cost $20 per person. The league will end sometime after Thanksgiving, depending on how many teams we get.
If you can’t commit to the entire session but still want to play, sign up for the sublist. We always have a need for subs.
