Omaha Sports Club (omahasportsclub.com) has Sunday night COED softball that will start Sept 7^th for 7 weeks and will be played at Kelley Field on 124^th and Fort Street. Game start times range from 6:30 to 9:30pm. The price to play will be $49 (by July 31st deadline) or $64 (by August 13^th deadline) which covers the league fees, softballs, umpires, tournament fees, and a Season End party. (The first 12 men and 12 women to register may get a FREE T-shirt. Others will pay $7.00 if I still have shirts available.)

For you outdoors sports people, please try softball if you want to enjoy the FALL season around some FUN people. You don’t have to be a softball pro, you just need to be able to come out to play and have FUN meeting some new people enjoying the same. There will be 6 males and 6 females on each team. Players are placed on teams using a draft process based on skill levels to best balance the teams for best team competition. If you want to play, reserve your spot now by getting your softball application in before the deadline. The fastest way to reserve your spot is to purchase a softball ticket in the OSC store before we run out of available softball tickets. A downloadable mailable Softball application can be found on the omahasportsclub.com website. Teams are filled on a First Come First Served Basis and you will be notified via email of start date/times once the schedule is finalized. You can request to be on the same team with someone else and we try but no promises. If interested in helping coach a team, please note that on your application. Sign up early because sometimes we have to cut off the number of people who sign up because of the number of available player spots. The plan is to also have a Meet & Greet ball practice at the field before the season starts weather permitting or maybe just a Meet & Greet at a location yet to be determined. If you are not a current Omaha Sports Club member, you will need to join the club for a small yearly membership cost of $35. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and to participate in other sports that you might like. Membership gives you access to participate in all Omaha Sport Club sports at their individual league fees (Golf, Pool, Darts, Volleyball, and Pickleball).
